A quick and simple egg recipe to make the meal complete. Egg is a simple solution and has great benefits compared to any other non-vegetarian dishes. Egg, now also called as vegetarian, but I don’t want to get in that debate.

You might find a handful of egg recipes around internet and from your friends or family. So I am not going to say this recipe as unique or relating to any specific place in the earth. This is may be called as one more way to prepare an Egg recipe.     

Oil 2 Tsp
Fennel Seeds  1 Tsp
Cury leaf  2 strips
Onion 1 Nos
Tomato 2 Nos
Green chilli  4 Nos
Chilly powder  1 Tsp
Coriander powder  2 Tsp
Turmeric powder  1/2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Boiled Egg 2 Nos
Ginger Garlic paste  1 Tsp

Duration 12-15 Mins

Let’s prepare the ingrediants for Egg Roast, its quick and an easy recipe which will come handy at times.

First let’s boil the eggs and cut into 4 pieces each and keep aside.
Make a paste of Tomato and Green Chilli.
Heat oil in a pan, add the Fennel Seeds to it sauté a little. Add the Curry Leaf and onions saute it well.
Add the Ginger Garlic paste and saute untill raw smell goes.
Add the Tomato and Green Chilli paste and salt saute untill oil gets separated.
Now add the Chilly powder, coriander powder and Turmeric powder.
Now you can off the stove and add the boiled eggs to the gravy mix it well.
Serve it in a bowl and garnish with cury leaf.

Egg Roast is ready to eat with Chapathi and Roti.
