½ kg Chicken
2 medium size tomatoes (chopped)
1 medium size onion (chopped and fried till it gets brownish)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilly powder
2 tsp chicken masala
3 tsp cooking oil
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 cup water
Salt to taste
Wash chicken properly. Now take frying pan heat vegetable oil and then add chicken, turmeric powder and salt, stir well and cook chicken for 3 to 4 min.
Now add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, tomatoes, fried onion, chicken masala and 2 cups of water and again cook for about 15 min in a closed pan.
Your chicken curry is ready to serve garish with coriander leaves.
