Recipe: Capsicum and Potato Masala or Curry

Wondering a quick side dish for Rotis or Chappatis? Yes, the easiest and a regular healthy dinner is Chapatti. But got bored with the regular side dishes? Here is a quick recipe ”Capsicum and Potato Masala/Curry” that’s suitable for all types of Rotis.

Ingredients
Chopped Onion 1 No
Chopped Tomato  1 No
Curry Leaves 1 Strip
Chopped Potato  2 Nos
Chopped Capsicum  1 No
Salt to taste
Chili powder 1 Tsp
Gram Dal 1 Tsp
Oil 2 Tsp

Preparation (Time 10 Minutes)
Heat oil in a pan and add the Gram dal and Curry leaves, sauté a little.
Add the chopped Onions and sauté it well.
Add Chopped Tomato and salt saute untill oil gets separated.
Add the Chilly powder and mix it well.
Now add the Chopped Potatoes and leave for cooking, once the pototo is half cooked add the Chopped Capsicum and cook for 3 Mins.

Your quick Capsicum and Potato Masala is ready to eat with Chapathi and Roti.
